Event Convention

I have roughly 20 years experience photographing corporate events and conventions.  Everything from high school fundraisers, to doctors conventions with cadavers, to top secret corporate events where I have to sign an NDA because future projects and strategies will be discussed.

I will always be the one that shows up to photograph. I am not a company that takes on multiple clients and sends out associates or part time hires to capture the event. Obviously if multiple photographers are needed then I will bring on colleagues that I have worked with in the past to hep assist and I will always be the one editing all the images.  You hired me for a reason and I will be the one you get.

Turnaround depends on the project. If you need images for immediate social media or press releases, I can provide a selection of edited highlights within 24 hours—or even during the event when requested. Full galleries are typically delivered within one week.

I have 5 different cameras currently and 8 different lenses to make sure I can capture almost any scenario and have back up in case something goes wrong. Insurance libility coverage is at 2 million (I believe) with a COI available upon request.

Most conventions and events tend to be very low lighting situations. Making sure you can handle that is crucial for corporate events and conventions. I make sure that I have all the proper equipment is necessary to facilitate almost any lighting scenario.

I am able to offer on the spot real time photo editing if you are in need of photos in real time that can be downloaded and viewed almost a second of it being taken. Some clients just want photos from each day edited and delivered by the next morning. But most clients are fine waiting the usual week it takes to edit all the images and have them delivered via thumbdrive or digital download link.

This is a topic that will need to be discussed before hand so that all legal usage can be put in the contract. Typically though clients have a shared license to the images where they can use them in all forms of marketing and media. I retain copyright of the images unless agreed upon before hand otherwise.
